The staff were so welcoming and friendly, lovely to speak to and willing to help us at any time they could. After my rhinoplasty I was recovering at the hotel and felt very looked after. Whenever we were talking with taxi drivers at the front of the hotel, a staff member would always come out to see if we needed any help with dealing with the driver/translation which we really appreciated. We stayed in the family suite and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. We chose the Urban Hotel Bomonti to be close to the Memorial Şişli hospital, so it is a little far out of main Istanbul, but the taxis are cheap so it wasn’t too much of an issue, however with traffic the drive into main Istanbul was about 25-30 minutes - not bad if you’re staying out there all day. The hotel was good value for money, paying less due to not being in the heart of Istanbul and being a little older. Overall it was a great stay.
