I was a bit stressed on arrival (up since 3:00am and a long journey all told before arriving at 3:00pm), so I was delighted to be upgraded from a Deluxe King double room (30 m²) to a 100+ m² Duplex Superior Suite, which was far more than I could have hoped for and made my stay extremely comfortable and spacious. My thanks to Salim for such a warm welcome and the upgrade, which was not necessary but greatly appreciated. Thanks also for the late check-out on my last day. Housekeeping was excellent, including checking whether I needed more bottled water each day. Friendly staff throughout the hotel and attentive service at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. I used the Metro to get from the airport to the hotel, which took much longer than a taxi and involved lots of walking at the airport and within the Metro system, plus an 8-minute walk from Taksim Square to the hotel. Cheaper than a taxi, but not the best decision. At the end of my stay, I took advantage of the hotel's fixed price taxi service to the airport for TL2,000 (£32) plus a tip - great value, much quicker and no stress.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. I chose the hotel for our weekend in Istanbul to propose to my girlfriend and i have to say that not only the room and facilities were very nice but the team, especially Elvina and Veronika really went beyond and were just great in preparing the stay and the proposal in the most memorable way for us. Thank you for all the effort and work you have put as well as the gestures and details you provided.
