The staff at the restaurant and front desk had exceptional customer service. Deniz, Gurbet, Ahmed and Sherzi were welcoming at the breakfast. The variety of breakfast changed daily and we never got bored of the food. We stayed there 6 nights. A special thank you to Deniz for her kindness. All the staff give their best to ensure people get what they need during breakfast time. A special thank you to Kabir. He is such a helpful person who guided our family with our numerous questions.

The staff were very nice, they were helpful and we could change our room easily. The rooms are very good, and modern. The breakfast was very good. The location is amazing for those who want to be in the hart of Isteklal street, it can be hectic though.
