We had an outstanding stay thanks to Mehmed. Seeing how exhausted we were on arrival, he immediately upgraded our room and assured us that he was there to help with absolutely anything we might need. His attention and kindness really stood out throughout our stay. When he noticed us worrying about being late and possibly missing our concert, he took the initiative to order us a cab without hesitation. That small but thoughtful gesture made a huge difference. Honestly, one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered—professional, caring, and genuinely attentive. Highly recommend!

My favourite thing about the place is the staff, starting with Kadir the receptionist, he was exceptionally helpful, Kareem Ali the baggage Porter, welcoming, polite and smiling the entire time, and Ayu the housekeeping lady, she's the sweetest ❤️ It was a pleasant, relaxing stay
