I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for a week and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, which made getting around the city very easy. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of choices. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were always extremely kind and helpful. I truly felt at home and well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Excellent location with public transport trams and busses as well as taxis and private transport services that were easily accessible. A friendly atmosphere where you felt safe exploring your surroundings during the evening. The beds were clean and comfortable,. The owners and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Accomodating our various requests without any drama. They were happy to provide Friendly and informed advice and information on various tourist sites that made it less stressful and was really appreciated. It made our stay at the Sirkeci ERSU hotel in Instanbul enjoyable and memorable.

Staff and location, they helped us to boom a taxi to the airport for 1600TL, they have collection for dry cleaning and also the fixed the ac within 10 minutes

First thing there is good location in Istanbul you can get everything and everywhere so easy, and good service everyday clean up your room, and the staffs so friendly and respectful mostly the lady her name is kristina ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I hope you’re getting this hotel for your trip 😍
