The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and very very helpful/kind. The facilities were clean and the rooftop terrace was a nice place to spend some time looking out over the city. While my room (ground floor) could be a little noisy at times, in comparison to other areas, it was relatively quiet. Being so close to galata tower also meant the surrounding suburb was a great place to explore and I was also easily able to make my way over to old town.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable Great location. We couldn't have asked for a better location . And the staff was very friendly especially the gentleman at check out.

Very accommodating host, they will book you a transfer to the airport if needed. Very comfortable rooms and great location. Great value for money. Quiet despite Istanbul being a busy city!
