Even if it is just next to istiklal Street, Room mate Emir Hotel is a really quiet place to stay. The staff was very polite. The hotel was really clean. I loved the decoration. Another thing worth mentioning is the beautiful fragrance that you can smell in all the common areas.

From the very moment I stepped inside the hotel I experienced fantastic hospitality. Ömer, the wonderful receptionist went above and beyond to assist with whatever I needed. A restaurant reservation or a taxi to the airport to avoid overpaying- no problem. Thank you Ömer for you wonderful hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful. Located on a quiet street only a few meters from the main shopping street of Istanbul. I loved staying in the heart of Istanbul and found everything within walking distance. Everything inside the hotel was modern with a sophisticated yet classic look. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay.
