A very friendly host. They have a souvenir shop at the entrance of the hotel with good prices. There is a small kitchen that can be used for simple cooking. There are lots of restaurants around, and it's close to public transport.

Nice, clean room with bathroom and basic amenities. Very central place, close to sights and points of interest. Good quality for price. They helped us find paid parking nearby for 10 Euro / day. Entrance is through a narrow staircase from a pastry shop selling typical local sweets - lokum, baklava, etc. The owner was responsive and helpful. The street is noisy with a lot of traffic and the soundproofing isn't great. The wifi did not work, the owner tried to fix it but we had no internet. They wanted to charge me extra because of a mistake I made while booking, then changed their mind.

The apartment is close to the historical city, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque is just 10mins walk. Train stop is 5mins away. Lots of bakeries and food shops in the street reasonably priced. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Established contact before our arrival, sent a location pin, organized transport to the airport. We even got lots of baklava and sweets from them as a welcome, which was really lovely gesture. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, microwave, fridge, some plates, white linen, towels. The bed was comfortable. Hot water was hot, radiators were heating. Please do not expect 5* for the money you pay, but rather authentic experience which were enjoyed.

All apartments are clean and the location is in the historical center near all visiting sites, in Sultanahmet, at walking distance. The host, Mustafa, is the kindest person, willing to help with everything one would need. He also gave us great reccommendations where locals eat, to enjoy Turkish cuisine to the fullest. We spent great time in Istanbul.
