The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. It's in a great location with lots of local stores just outside and several tourist spots are within walking distance. The staff couldn't be more helpful and kind, we're thankfully everything they did.

Our suite was very spacious but a little update and new decor plus a paint job would go a long way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The reason we booket Raven was that the suites were listed as having a washing machine so we were not happy to discover that the washing machine was missing, out for service! However, the manager took care of our laundry for us, problem solved. A steep street leads up to the main street, tram line, and the major attractions a just a short scroll away. Lots of places to eat in the area. A simple, no frills place to stay.
