We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, liked everything - excellent breakfast, individual support from the staff, close public transport to get to the city center. Delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Overall, liked it much better than the previous 5 star hotel.

The location was walking distance from the mall of Istanbul. I booked a presidential suite which was good. The breakfast was not good and the breakfast area had flies on the food.

It was not announced in the booking that the jacuzzi was not working. The internet only works well on the first floor, and we lived on the 5th floor. And this cost us extra money, because we had to connect to our country's internet plus Turkish.
