The staff was friendly and helpful every time we asked for something, big plus. The location was nice, so many things around, a shop or restaurant every 20m you were walking by.

Amazing hotel and our room was superb, with separate room for children.

The room was great for a family as it had a sliding door to divide the room which was great for the adults to have privacy and the kids thought they had their own room. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Swimming pools inside and outside were fab and the staff were great and friendly.

Bed super comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room comes with some amenities. Its easy go get from the hotel until the metro or tram. The spa and pool are very nice. Its a good stay if you just want a place to rest wille exploring the city
