Very satisfied with the services we have received.Azad wa s excellent, he helped us settle when we arrived at the hotel, he was so accomodating and ensured that our complimentary breakfast was served the morning of our arrival.Omar was also very helpful.Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable.

This is a fantastic option when staying in central Istanbul, close to all the tourist sights, many restaurants, shops etc. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms were big, clean and modern with good facilities which ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were exceptional, very professional and so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. I am so impressed with my stay, I absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting Istanbul.

Everything, staf very nice, the porter, Yagiz was extremely helpfull. Bed was confortable, room was clean, spa is good, but a bit pricey. Breakfast is perfect. Excellent service overall.
