The hotel was well appointed for restaurants and attractions via exit at the rear of the property and also good for the boat trips which went literally outside at the front of the property. The views of the Bosphorus at the front of the property were lovely. All of the staff from the restaurant staff, cleaning staff, bar staff and reception staff were excellent and really genuine. The hotel always smelled really lovely and clean when we entered it and our bedrooms also. The bed linen was incredibly soft and comfortable as were the towels. The breakfast provided a lot of choice and even though the prepared cooked food wasnt to my taste the staff made us omelettes when we wanted them and were really accommodating and there was a lot of other options for breakfast. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and modern. The hotel lobby, restaurant, outside terrace and downstairs WC facilities were also lovely and well designed.

Amazing location. Very nice staff. Slightly pricey food and beverages. Room is quite expensive. There’s no gym at the hotel unfortunately

The location is excellent, with most of the historic landmarks close by. We felt very welcomed by Murat and the rest of the staff. They helped us with any inquiries we had during the stay. The room was clean and well equipped.
