Location was great reception and the team at the hotel were kind and helpful but to be honest I booked that Hotel in Istanbul expecting a true 5-star luxury experience, but honestly, it was far from that. The overall quality of the hotel simply doesn’t live up to what you would expect from a 5-star property the location is the best thing but what made things worse for me is that I needed to cancel my stay due to exceptional personal reasons during a really difficult time. Unfortunately, the lady at the reservation desk was extremely rude and unprofessional she doesn’t even try to understand or try to find a mutual solution definitely not the kind of treatment any guest should have to deal with, especially in a moment like that where I was forced to stay. That being said, I want to sincerely thank Zeynep and her manager, who were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make the rest of my stay as pleasant as possible. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine effort really made a difference, and they both absolutely deserve recognition Zeynep in particular deserves a raise for how she handled the situation.

We had a superb stay from the moment we arrived to our time of departure. The hospitality and friendliness shown to us was excellent. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices and the breakfast room on the 9th floor had great views of the city The hotel is in an excellent location a few minutes walk from Taksim Square. Would definitely stay here again
