The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. We arrived just before 9am, they manage to give us a free upgrade and an early check in. This means a lot if you travel for nearly 36 hours. The location is the best out of all! I am supper grateful that I booked this hotel, the airport shuttle bus is right beside the hotel door. The room is super comfy and homely.

I stayed at this hotel several times for the last few years for business. they upgrade my room few times when the hotel is not full. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are good. The swimming pool is big enough to do some lengths. Breakfast takes place in the restaurant on the top of the hotel which has great views to Taksim area and the Bosphorus. You can find a variety of fresh and cooked food. Staff are friendly but I would like to mention Ali particularly as he was very attentive and professional and looked after me during breakfast.
