The stay was very pleasant from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and always ready to help. They offered transfer services, which made everything much easier and stress-free, especially when arriving and leaving the city. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and friendly.

This hotel is located on a quiet side street, but within short distance to Taksim Square and the Old Town. A metro station is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away, so getting around is very easy. There are also many cafés and restaurants in the area. My room was comfortable and spacious with everything I needed, including a kettle, cups, and coffee and tea bags, which I really appreciated! I had to do some office work on my laptop in the morning and evening, and I was happy that the Wi-Fi was stable, so I could do everything without any problems. The staff does not speak English well, but they are all super nice and try to make communication as easy as possible. The man who takes care of breakfast was especially lovely. He makes Turkish coffee and omelets for guests who want them, and chats with everyone, even if it's via Google Translate, as was the case with us. All in all, I had a very nice stay and would definitely come back.
