Very helpful staff. Breakfast is very good, although served only from 9 am on, which is not too convenient if you are travelling for business or just are an early riser. Kitchen well equipped, in case you want to prepare your own meals. Excellent location.

A lovely, comfortable and very well located property with excellent and helpful host. The location is close to everything we wanted yet quiet - much better than other apartments we’d stayed in. Sam is extremely helpful and responsive. We hope to stay here again.

Lovely place to stay in Istanbul. Location is perfect and the rooms are very beautifully decorated. Sam the owner is fantastic, always ready to help and provided really good recommendations. We loved our stay and will repeat hopefully soon.
