The location is fantastic and walking distance to Taksim and metro station. The staff are lovely especially Osman :)

The swimming pool and sauna were very good. Rooms were good size. Maid service to clean rooms were available through a very good system. Left my valuables in the room like my phone and no issues. Reception and security were always professional.

A truly wonderful stay! The reception was warm and welcoming, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. Cleanliness was excellent, with the room cleaned daily with great care. A hotel that truly prioritizes comfort and guest satisfaction. Highly recommended! Many thanks to the entire team for the great hospitality!
