It was very close to the city centre, the receptionist was nice and helpful. Our room was unfortunately not what the pictures showed, very run down, small lights did not work. Thanks to the helpful receptionist we were given a much larger room, which I didn't understand because it wasn't the size of the room that was the problem. This room was so unbearably loud, at night, one of the disco music from the disco next door was blaring. Because the windows were paper thin, everything was so loud it was as if we were in the middle of a disco. Unfortunately, the mattress here was also very uncomfortable. Restaurant was very dirty. Every day we went down early in the morning with the staff downstairs standing there in complete silence, and all the tables were stuck with dirt. The food was very poor, coffee was very weak rather like coffee water, and always started to boil when we were already in the queue. And every single day the same food was served, and everything looked so dirty, seagull poo on the terrace area etc. There was never any cutlery laid out, you had to ask for napkins every day. Anyway this hotel could be good if they paid more attention to hygiene.

Location is great, very near Istiklal street but at night time and during holidays it can become very noisy (even with windows shut) because of that. It is mostly quiet though. Breakfast option is available at the cafe in the basement. The breakfast was good, not expensive and there is a small garden. Apartment building has a small gym we used few times. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Spacious room. Well equipped.

I was staying with a family of 4, suites are not 10/10 clean but much better then i thought it will be after reading other reviews, i would say its 9/10, so pretty close. it was 2 floor suite, i can tell that upper floor was a little bit better, bathroom was bigger and everething was fine unlike lower that had few minor problems, but for us it didnt really metter. Also location is perfect its 20m away from the main street in city center.

The property was ideal for what we were looking for and the fitness centre had the basics, which worked for us (treadmill, elliptical, and weights). The breakfast was great!! The menemen was some of the best we've had. I have seen many people's comments about the breakfast, and really - we stayed at a few places throughout our trip to Turkiye (over a course of a month wee traveled throughout various areas in Turkiye), the breakfast really was some of the best options we've had. I also don't understand why people complained that breakfast was not included for them, and that they even wanted lunch options. It's your own responsibility to check what accommodation has to offer and what costs are additionally and or included or not included - it's not the accommodations fault. Our breakfast was included (that's what we selected) and there were no issues at all. The accommodation is in between Taksim and Sishane Metros, and navigating that is easy. We arrived and departed by private transfer, as we've found that works best in Istanbul whenever we're here. We definitely recommend the accommodation, we had a superior suite and were very happy. Noise wasn't much of an issue, most noise heard from time to time is from other guests who are not respectful in the passages when it comes to noise.
