The location was great, 5-10 mins walk from the main mosques. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff were welcoming and always helpful, smiling and fast. The room we received had a nice feel to it and had two balconies on both ends, one with a street and the other with a sea view. This was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was very nice and warm inside and outside the hotel. There are no elevators and you have to be able to climb short set of stairs if your room is up. You don’t have to worry about your luggage, the staff will handle it. The hotel has a great location next to the most important historical sites. It takes less than 20 minutes lazy walking to reach Ayasophia and Topkapi palace and museum . We loved our stay at Mula in Istanbul and we hope to return soon.
