The hotel was a great location, somewhat of a quiet sanctuary away from the intensity of Istanbul. The breakfast had lots of variety.

We really enjoyed the location (cosy street in a nice neighbourhood, proximity to public transport - ferry, tram, metro and landmarks —> you can walk to many nice places!), facilities (quite simple but you have everything you need though no elevator) and price benefit. The room was thoroughly cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great. We got a little welcome bag which was really appreciated.

The team is nice, and they were always trying to make us confortable despite few problems. For example I had problem with the mattress, and they bought a new one. The breakfast is nice with many choice.
