The Staff were absolutely Amazing! From the moment we checked in, the reception staff were warm and kind. Every day they would give us recommendations about what to do and places to go and all the reception staff we met were incredible. The staff made our stay amazing.

It is located close to Galata tower. The room was very spacious and clean. Also the breakfast was amazing, we felt so bad we had to miss it during our second day since we had to leave early but they still prepared a packed breakfast to take with us.

The location is excellent — very close to Galata Tower and the main shopping streets. The design of the room was pleasant and cozy.

the staff was very friendly,the location was just majestic,everything so close ,(metro,tram,buses,boats), the breakfast was so nice in the garden of a beautiful renovated house..I felt like one of the characters of A.Christies orient express books..
