Very friendly staff at the reception. Big room. Nice cleaning lady Fatima on the 6th floor who said every morning “good morning” to us with a big smile on her face. Every time the room was cleaned very well.

It was very clean and the ambiance was elegant. I requested for a room at a higher floor and not so noisy and they took great care of my request. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. Good location also.

Room was complimentary upgraded, staff was very friendly, location is very close to almost every spot you need in Istanbul. Room condition, cleanliness and quality of room equipment was high. Left content overall except my experience with gym facility - which was a big disappointment.
