I loved my stay in Mercure . Exceptional service , everyone super polite . Whatever you ask them within few seconds at your door. Facilities are amazing . Hamam , sauna is included . I love it, i would definitely stay again once I go to Istanbul .

The staff were great, upon checking in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are very convenient and the lobby is a comfortable waiting area also. The breakfast options have been one of the best I have experience, so much to choose from, high quality fresh food!

The facilities of Mercure good, The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and cozy breakfast. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff, especially Berke and Sergen. their warm welcome and support made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Istanbul around this area.
