The staff were very helpful, helped to carry out cases to our room which meant a lot as I was staying for surgery and was struggling to carry things. Staff phoned to check in that everything was okay shortly after check in. Staff were pleasant and great with speaking English which made our stay so much easier. The rooms were beautiful and clean, could not fault the hotel

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the room was not very clean. There were hairs on the bathroom floor, which was disappointing. We expected more from the Mercure chain, especially for the price.
