Location, security features, well maintained. Lounge and kitchen area is huge and very well decorated and furnished. Easy check in and check out. Easy to communicate with the owner. Right next to metro station for easy commute to Istanbul. Zaintjmbarnu high st is literally 2 mins away. Also very nice cafes and restaurants few minutes away from the apartment.

A wonderful apartment with excellent furniture and appliances. the location is very good, there are shops nearby, a pedestrian boulevard with shops and cafes, and a metro station (marmaray) right next to the entrance. 13-15 minutes to the city center and main attractions.

Ideal location. Close to the metro, 10 minutes to the center. There are shops and cafes nearby. Cozy apartment. We highly recommend this apartment.

We recently stayed in this apartment and were really impressed. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and it was in the perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from Zeytinbrunu train station. The apartment had two bedrooms (one bedroom and one sofa bed) and a fully stocked kitchen. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable, but that was a minor inconvenience. Communication with the host was seamless, and all of the equipment in the apartment was top-quality. (A small suggestion for the host would be to provide a mattress topper for the sofa bed to make it more comfortable.) We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Here are 3 specific things we loved about the apartment: 1. It was very clean and well-maintained. 2. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. 3. The location was excellent, close to the train station, restaurants, parks and shops. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.
