After an extremely early and tiring arrival, we were instantly put at ease by the exceptional hospitality of Nassim and Manager Mr. Kaan, who promptly arranged a comfortable room for us while we waited for ours to be ready. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. Even the standard room we were initially placed in was lovely, and our final room exceeded all expectations. We particularly appreciated the hotel's location, which is situated away from the central tourist area. This allowed us to discover authentic local restaurants with fantastic food at a fraction of the price. A true highlight was the superb service from Concierge Mr. Gokhan, who meticulously and customized a series of activities perfectly tailored to our tastes. It was a truly luxurious experience. The dining was excellent, with a breakfast offering a wide array of options. The restaurant on the 6th floor not only served delicious food but also provided idyllic views. We also loved the spa facilities, especially the jacuzzi which was a great substitute for the incredibly cold indoor pool. The housekeeping team deserves a special shoutout for keeping our rooms impeccably clean and fresh throughout our stay. Overall, every member of the staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

Servis and cleaning are the best! Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeper Hacer was very helpful, reception team is very smiling and kind especially okan, caner, kseniia and ozgur.
