“Amazing Stay at Icon Hotel!”

I had a fantastic stay at Icon Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, the service was top-notch, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Personnel does the best to make your staying much comfortable. Very responsive. There is hourly free shuttle bus to Taksim square( one way only) till 18:00 if you don’t like incline walking) Location is good for hiking and workout legs. Breakfast was good, delicious omelette was free. More over we were offered free breakfast in spite of our booking. Cleaning was doing well. Comfortable room. We didn’t have noisy neighbors.

I booked the hotel with a transfer, but I stayed at the airport for more than three hours. No one answered my phone, and no car came to the airport. It was a very bad experience.

The location of the hotel is good and close to the city center, and there is a free car ride every hour to the Taksim area. The hotel is characterized by calm and comfort, and the staff are very smiling and helpful. The room is a very suitable size and exceeds expectations, with a nice balcony and there is heating suitable for the cold winter time, and here it is. I must thank the reception staff, especially Mr. Hozan, who was very wonderful, very helpful and professional in his work
