The staff were very supportive specially the cleaning staff. They are good genuine people who care for their guests. Location was excellent next to seaside. There is a two mins away bridge to cross the rd for the seaside.

Everything was lovely. Clean and super comfy beds. I found the receptionist professionals albeit cold on demeaner. Not one of them cracked a smile or made me feel particularly welcome. The restaurant staff were kind and generous with their time.

Ibis is my favourite place to stay at in Istanbul this was my fifth time booking it....that should say a lot...the staff is always friendly the girls at the reception were great Petek and Parast were gems.
