The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the Taksim square. The stop of the Istanbul airport shuttle bus is on the other side of Taksim square (in front of The Point hotel; Note that they do not accept payment in cash anymore, you can pay on the bus with the bank card or Istanbul transportation card). The people who work in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Mr Orhan provided a lot of useful guidance and support before and during my stay. Also Mr Ali was very helpful and nice at the arrival and during breakfast. This is a small hotel, so the breakfast is served at the reception area, you are asked to book a table at a certain time between 8 and 10 a.m. The breakfast is simple but good and there was everything I needed.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The manager Orhan is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. We had everything what we needed. We got a wifi mobile router and city travel card from the hotel, which is very helpful for a short stay.

The morning staff Ali works very hard to make sure guests are well served and comfortable during their stay. Both managers Orhan and Cengis are very helpful and informative about how to tour around Istanbul, the city's transportation, attractions etc
