The staff were very helpful, answered our confused questions and helped us booking a shuttle to the airport. The staff in the kitchen are also very lovely. The hotel's location is perfect, takes minutes to make it to the bridge and water, surrounded by a lively atmosphere and restaurants, and also close to where you can take the ferries so easy transport around the city. The room we stayed in was big and clean.

Great location! Staff is nice too and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent and also had some vegetarian options. Rooms were spacious, clean and all facilities were working fine. Well maintained property overall

The hotel is very closed to the Galata bridge and within walking distance to some of the main attractions in Instanbul ( about 10/15 minuted walk to blue mosque, gran bazaar and so on)
