I recently stayed at Gleam Collection Hotel in Istanbul, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Canen, Emrah, and Ozi for their incredible hospitality and dedication. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and genuine care. Their effort and professionalism made my stay memorable, and I deeply appreciate their hard work. If you're visiting Istanbul and looking for a hotel where you’ll feel welcomed and well taken care of, I highly recommend Gleam Collection Hotel. From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. We were warmly greeted with incredible hospitality—cheesecake and drinks on arrival made us feel truly welcomed after our journey. The staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and supportive throughout our stay. What truly stood out was how the hotel handled a difficult situation with such grace and understanding. Due to a sudden medical emergency, we had to cut our trip short. The team was not only sympathetic but went above and beyond to assist us with a refund—something we truly appreciated during a stressful time. During our stay, the service was impeccable. The staff even conducted a car inspection to ensure there were no scratches or damages while it was parked, which showed their attention to detail and care for guests’ belongings. This was hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The professionalism, kindness, and warmth from the staff made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I will be back for sure! If you’re looking for top-tier service with genuine hospitality, look no further.

The staff were really helpful and attentive. The room was very clean and had all the necessities you need. The location was good but the hotel is located in a very tight street.

From the time we disembarked our chauffeur driven car, we were met with nothing but a smile and Yusuf, the front office Manager and the Manager on Duty could not do enough for us. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Istanbul.
