Artsem “Central location, clean, friendly staff but awful breakfast”

Very nice central location close to the tram station. One can also have a nice walk along the Galataport waterfront or to the Galata tower. No street noise. It was very quiet during the nights. The hotel is situated in a way that it’s surrounded by other buildings which shield it from the noise. Our room was clean. Amazing view from the dining area. Polite and friendly staff willing to help.

The staff here were outstanding! So helpful and kind. Made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveller. Excellent location right in the heart but in a quiet nook. Lovely rooms, incredible breakfast!

All front desk staff were extremely helpful and personable. Housekeeping was great and the rooftop terrace was unbeatable.
