The location of the hotel is great, great view of the street. The workers was very helpful and nice with any question. There is a lot of shops you can get buy anything you could imagine. You get what you pay for!

The hotel is well located for the river and the main monuments. There is a tram line nearby. I booked a river view room. Our first room hardly showed the river but we were moved to a higher room without asking and we then had a view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and simple but adequate. There is a lift after climbing one flight of stairs. The hotel is cheap so it lacks luxury but it was comfortable.
