The experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff member, Feride, was exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm and courteous attitude. Her assistance truly made a difference. Cleaning was excellent.The hotel service was excellent as well. The entire place was spotless, well-maintained, and offered a high level of comfort. I highly recommend this hotel — not only for its quality service but also for its prime location, just minutes away from all the major tourist attractions.

There was a nice breakfast with high quality and acceptable variety. Staff of the hotel were friendly and supportive and rooms were clean. Hotel has very nice location, close to the city centre and also very close to the airport buses. Being in a plebe that you could choose to pass through the crowd or simply take a taxi in the street passing through back of the hotel. Lady in reception named Hengame were also very friendly and supportive by passing to every guest during breakfast and checking whether everything was fine or not.
