The property is very good and safe there is a bus stop right outside the hotel can travel to city centre quite easily The staff are very welcoming and friendly Helped us in everything we requested and made the trip very comfortable

Everything was exceptional, from the staff, the hospitality, the food selection, cleanness, spa and gym. Probably one of the best hotel gyms I've ever been in, since usually lots have these basic equipment, in DoubleTree this wasn't the case, it was fully equipped for a solid workout, also... a boxing section which was lovely to see even though I didn't have much time to use. Will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our children, the staf was very helpful and Manager Zaid did her best to have a beautyful experience. Totaly recomand the hotel for confort, food, staf and the view.

The staff are the best you could wish for in terms of service. They are highly professional and can anticipate your wishes and needs even before you ask. The WhatsApp chat truly made our stay so enjoyable – many thanks to Zineb Zaid and the team, who speak so many different languages! Special thanks again to Zineb Zaid, Mert, Ozol, Ali, Özge, and Amena. The breakfast was amazing. I booked a Junior Suite for my family and me, which was very clean, modern, and offered the best panoramic view. Of course, I would love to stay at this hotel again and meet these wonderful people once more. I fully recommend this hotel! Top service and a great location – it exceeded our expectations!
