Very good customer service, very responsive and searching to find the right options for you. I was upgraded twice due to some issues in the room and offered breakfast, even though I have not paid for it. Overall a great stay in Istanbul, near Hagia Sofia, and Grand Bazaar. Loved the personnel, especially Rabia and Jacob, that were always smiling, responsive and helped us with things to book in the city.

Excellent location, just meters away from the entry in the palace and main central area. very clean rooms, and most importantly, the service at the reception - Berat - one of the best, if not the best guest treatment, I've got at 4* & 5* Hotels I've stayed at in the past years. Great customer facing attitude and a great sense of humor! Congrats - definetly being the choice for my next business or family trip to Istanbul.

Sebahat ,Jacob Pitt ,Arjin and Rabia did a spectacular job in hosting us. From the moment we got there till our checkout. They took care of all our requests and I highly recommend staying in this hotel. The special touch from team made the stay more memorable!!!!
