The hotel was very clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. The facilities were all available and easy to access. We ordered room service a few times as we were tired from walking around all day. It was nice to just relax in a comfy room after a long day. The location is great with only a short taxi or bus ride to the main town square. They also offer a shuttle service which proved very useful.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I especially want to highlight Enesh at the reception. She was absolutely amazing from the moment I arrived. Her warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a big difference in my stay. Enesh was incredibly helpful with everything I needed—always patient, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which is something I truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and positive in their work. Enesh is a real asset to the hotel, and she made my experience truly memorable. Thank you for such outstanding service!
