The staff were amazing, they were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sezai. It was my husband’s birthday one of the days, Sezai made sure a message and cake was left in our room which was really thoughtful. The location of the hotel is perfect, all the main attractions were walking distance. The hotel was clean and someone came and cleaned our room everyday. Breakfast was also good, a decent selection of food was available.

The hotel's location is really nice and within walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The rooms are small but clean. The breakfast could have been better with more options. The staff is very courteous and helpful. All in all we had a very nice stay at this hotel.

The hotel overall is good. The staff are lovely and good location but the walls between the rooms are so thin. We could hear every word of the conversations the people next door were having. The doors also slam really loudly and woke us up most mornings. I really think they need to sort out the soundproofing.
