I had a lovely experience at Doruk Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the free bottled water each day was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. I really liked the hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The friendliness, helpfulness, location, chats and interaction with all staff at the hotel, and feeling very welcomed. Our stay was upgraded to Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View by the very welcoming manager which was an excellent gesture and much appreciated. The room is in good size and comfortable. The view of the Golden Horn, the bridges and the old town from the balcony at night was spectacular.
