I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The overall service was excellent, and everything was well organized from check-in to check-out. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms, common areas, and facilities were all very well maintained and spotless, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping. A special mention to one of the staff members, Eda Sarsil, who was particularly nice and helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist truly stood out and made a positive difference. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

On the positive side, the interior of the hotel is truly beautiful and unique - there's a lush and authentic vibe throughout the space. My room on the 8th floor was great: comfortable, well-designed, and overall a very pleasant place to stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. And the breakfast was absolutely outstanding - easily one of the highlights of the stay, with a wide variety of delicious options.

the hotel enjoys a superb location: central, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city. The front office team, along with the doormen, were consistently gracious and attentive, with special recognition to the ginger-haired gentleman and the Guest Experience Supervisor, Mrs Iptihac Nilgun Bezik, for their exemplary professionalism. The rooms are generously proportioned, offering a sense of comfort and ease, while the hotel maintains a consistently pleasant fragrance throughout its spaces. Breakfast features a commendable variety of options, catering well to different preferences.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are kind and welcoming! It gives a very luxurious feeling in regards of decoration, amenities and overall service, so if that’s what you’re looking for then I highly recommend this hotel! Also, the rooms are extra clean and super comfortable! Don’t forget to check out the spa!!
