Receptionists were FANTASTIC in helpings with everything (booking a hammam, airport taxi, restaurant, Bosphorus cruise, etc). They are five star !!

The management were very helpful before and during our stay making the effort to ensure that we enjoyed our time with them. The included breakfast was excellant and was a wonderful start to the day. The location was perfect for the old city.

Breakfast was excellent - the staff serving us did such a splendid job! The lady who cleaned my room was thorough and paid attention to detail. The reception staff, especially the night shift staff were very friendly and helpful. He assisted with all my requests and even phoned my taxi driver. He helped me with my bags, loading and unloading. They even remembered me from 2 years ago!
