Dear All, I would like to give my highest recommendation to this hotel. I have spent 6 nights there last week with my family (3 children). We have booked 2 standard rooms. At the check in Mr. Erol Hızar, the Front Office Manager provide us the only one special and beautiful room, the presidental suite at the same price. So the whole family could be together. I cannot find proper words to describe this suite: beautiful hand made wall and ceiling paintings, huge and perfect bathrooms, comfortable beds... Further more, the Club lounge membership was gave us as a present, which meant, that we could eat delicious meals, cakes, sweets, fruits, soft drinks, PC+ printer in a separate hall all day. In this hall the kitchen was equippped with everyghing ( coffe machine, fridge, microwave oven and everything you need. They could serve the breakfast and the dinner separately for us in this area. The breakfast and sometimes the dinner was self service type. The food selection is much more as you can see on the pictures. Huge selection of hot foods, fruits, cakes, breads and they modified every day the foods. We couldnt taste all of them during these 6 days:) When we met during the days, Mr. Erol Hızar and their colleagues enquired every time about our needs, they made every effort to make our holiday perfect. All of the people there were extraordinarian polite and kindly for us. The hotel is located perfectly, you can visit a lot of famous buildings, the Grand bazaar, the Egiptomian spice bazaar, Museums, shops ...by walking. You can reach the hotel from the airport by using two Metro lines. They sent me immediately the deposit after check-out. :) Staying there was like a dream. Really, this hotel and these people are very nice. I am sure, that I will go back when I am again in Istambul. Thank you once again everything, you helped to became our holiday the most comfortable until now.:) Best Regards, Arpad from Hungary

We liked the location for its proximity to the tram, restaurants and attractions. Kadir and Gulcin were both exceptionally helpful at the reception desk

We loved the location of the property. We wanted to stay in the old city area and this property was in the heart. The tram was very close by ( 2 min walk). Grand bazaar was 1 stop and Blue Mosque and Haghia Sofia were 3 stops. There are alot of restaurants and shopping options near the hotel.we had the room with club lounge access and it was very good to have especially with kids.
