The Customer service above everything else, stayed in some 5 stars Hotel who couldn’t even provide half of customer service this Hotel provided. Rooms are Spacious, clean and Bed is very comfortable. Would definitely be coming back!

Clean,great location on the golden horn ,parking, and breakfast I would like to thank all staff members, they were really exceptional. Especially the staff working in the restaurant like Cagri Hayat, Fatih and all there colleagues but i forget their names
