One of the kindest and most wonderful people we met at this hotel The cleaning lady was incredibly respectful, elegant, and helpful beyond words. She never hesitated to help us and was always there for anything we needed, at any time, with a warm smile, patience, and genuine kindness. Her attention to detail, the cleanliness of the place, and her lovely attitude made us feel at home rather than staying in a hotel. Having people with such beautiful manners and humanity leaves an unforgettable impression. Huge thanks and appreciation to her - she truly deserves all the respect and praise

The manager and housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed me to leave my luggage for a few days while I traveled to Izmir and returned to Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a hair dryer, TV, kettle, cooking area, fridge, and complete kitchenware (though I only used the kettle). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I liked the location; it was quiet and easy to access. It is located 2 mins to the Taksim square and Istiklal street by foot, where you can find everything you need. The price was reasonable and the staff were welcoming. The manager, Atakan, is an enthusiastic man, always ready to help. We checked-in late at night and he was waiting for us. The housekeeper was polite and kind.
