This apartment is right on the edge of the Sultanahmet district surrounded by a local precinct of its own. There are many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets at the end of the street but it is very quiet. It is a real traders district. The apartment has basic cooking facilities, is quite roomy and has a very comfortable large bed. It was quite clean but the shower needed a good scrub. It is a fifteen minute steep walk to Hagia Sophia and a ten minute very steep walk to the Grand Bazaar.

The apartment is so nice - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we could want for a 5 day stay. Hot water and a great shower. AC throughout. It has a little outside area. It was very fairly priced. Mrs Gul who let us in was lovely and the owner responded to queries promptly. The area is really interesting and it's close to the Bue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. A great stay!
