Very nice room & comfy bed not to far from the main attractions of Istanbul. The breakfast was delivered to my room and it was very nicely prepared and delicious. Strong internet connection, tea kettle, fridge and toiletries were provided. The lady who runs it was very kind and friendly, although she doesn't speak much English.

Everything about the apartment was great, staff helped organise cake for birthday and were very nice, brought brekfast to the room, no complaints about anything However, our main and biggest complaint is that during the checkin, we were given a better room (deluxe instead of basic), of course we were happy about it, we were staying 6 nights. But then, on 3rd night around 11PM the staff wrote us if we can move to another room tommorow, because another guests have booked our room (which we got as a free upgrade). We said it is really not convenient for us to move, since we had the whole day planned and went out early in the morning, and all our stuff was around the room, and that we would have preffered to have the original room for 6 nights, rather than packing and moving all our stuff. Then we offered to pay the difference in price for 2 nights instead of moving out and they eventually accepted this, but couldnt accept the card payment even though we didnt have cash left and it just caused more complications for our vacation.... anyway, the point is, don't offer free upgrades to guests and then ask them to move out in the middle of their vacation... If it wasn't for this, our rating would be 10

The property was spotless. My room was large and extremely comfortable. It was very light aswell and had all amenities. The venue itself is perfectly positioned right in the heart of the city so it’s easy to get to everything. I walked 10mins and was able to get to all the major tourist destinations such as the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The hotel serves a very nice Turkish breakfast in the morning and was very flexible about the times. The staff at the hotel were also extremely friendly and helpful. I got lost several times in Istanbul whilst walking around the city and they very kindly came and picked me up.
