I loved the facilities and the location. Mehmet is a caring owner: he made me feel safe as I was travelling alone and he was checking on me via emails.

Thanks to the staff’s guidance, I was able to find the place right away. The staff were also very responsive and genuinely helpful.The room looked just like the photos — no complaints at all.

Excellent service, great attention to all our needs and immediate help/resolution. There is a safe box in the room. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient - close to the Metro station and to many historic and cultural points of interest.
