The quality of the attention was really good, and helpful. The location is perfect considering the attractions of the city, Santa Sofia, etc. I strongly recommend this place!

The breakfast was good with an amazing view which was a great way to start the day. I never had a bad experience with the staff. The staff provided the space needed and the welcoming for the customers. The location is very near to tramway and metro station which is suitable for tourists. (2min walk to Laleli tramway station and around 10 min walk to the metro station) Clean rooms and new towels every day. Exchange offices have the best rates there and they are aside the tramway station.

Great hotel with a very friendly and charismatic manager/owner (Sener). Rooms are clean, fresh towels/shower gels/water bottles daily. Breakfast is great and with a great view of the sea. Will struggle to get better value and being so close to main attractions in the old town. - Mr 8/10 ;)
