The location was very accessible to the famous tourist spots. The staff were very accomodating and friendly.

Great location, helpful and friendly reception. Recommend restaurant options and places to go, as well as airport shuttle and best routes around town. Decent breakfast (Turkish) options, have to get there early to get the fresh fruit.

The staff were all very helpfull and attentive. There is a comfortable lounge in which we enjoyed complementary Turkish tea. The steps into the hotel were challenging but there was always a helping hand for those who needed it. The breakfast was good and varied daily. The location was excellent. Within walking distance of the main attractions in Istanbul and the T1 tram if you wanted to go further afield (which we did). Several good restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. They provided very good tips of where to go to enjoy the best of what Istanbul has to offer, as well as things to watch out for.
