Aslan Apartments does not have a front desk. Please let the property know your flight details at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation email.Please note that late check-ins between 23:00 - 00:30 are provided at an additional fee of EUR 30. For check-ins after 00:30, the fee is EUR 60. Please inform the property about your arrival beforehand.Please note that there is no elevator in Aslan Apartments.Please note that full payment is collected during check-in.Housekeeping services are offered at an additional fee.The property has a luggage storage that can be used between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 at a fee of EUR 10. The property cannot store any luggage overnight.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The view was lovely, the person who greeted us didn't speak English but Aslan did and he was on the phone so everything went smoothly. I appreciated the booklet and the information sent to us before arrival. All the facilities were really good.

We traveled with our 1,5 year old and stayed in the penthouse apartment. The location was great, very close to the Grand Bazaar and in walking distance of most great attractions. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. The spacious balcony has an amazing unobstructed view over the Bosphorus and was great for relaxing in the evening without disturbing the baby after she went to sleep. And yes, it is a 4th floor with no elevator, but honestly the stairs were not that bad and we were climbing them twice a day with a baby (but we do have a lightweight compact stroller). If visiting Istanbul again, would love to stay here again.
