I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent stay I had at your hotel from June 27 to July 2. Everything from the clean rooms to the friendly atmosphere made it a truly enjoyable experience. I’d like to give special thanks to Joseph, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. His professionalism, helpfulness, and warm attitude stood out, and he truly made a difference in my visit. Thank you again for the great hospitality. Excellent hotel! 100% recommended if you want to stay close to the main touristic places, restaurants and tram (just around the corner)! We loved our stay in Ares Hotel, Mr Yusuf was very very kind and made us feel very comfortable, he helped us with directions and also gave us a delicious treat when we checked out :) The room was very nice and had everything we needed, including a nice view of Hagia Sophia, the breakfast was very good, also the hotel has an elevator which is nice after a long walk around the city.

It is in the centre the location is perfect, Mr. Joseph is very nice and helpful;) The staff is also very nice.
